The UTP3303 is a 207W three-channel linear bench supply for the kind of bench work where the supply itself shouldn't need its own learning curve.
Two adjustable channels deliver 0–32V at 0–3A; a third channel provides a fixed 5V at 3A for logic-level power. Knobs, banana jacks, OVP/OCP via current-limit protection, and the kind of front panel a first-year student gets back to default settings in under 30 seconds.

No. The UTP3303 is a fully analog, knob-and-button bench supply — no USB data interface, no LAN, no SCPI command set, no PC software.
