Professional Applications
Electrical Inspection
Quickly identify overheating connections, load imbalances, and potential failure points in electrical panels and distribution systems. The UTi730V's high sensitivity makes it ideal for detecting hot spots in electrical components before they cause failures or safety hazards, while the built-in laser distance measurement allows for safe inspection from a distance.
Industrial Maintenance
Monitor mechanical equipment for signs of excessive friction, misalignment, or imminent failure. The camera's high resolution and multiple measurement tools enable precise identification of temperature anomalies in motors, pumps, bearings, and other critical equipment, supporting effective preventive maintenance programs and reducing costly downtime.
Building Diagnostics
Efficiently detect energy loss, moisture intrusion, and structural issues in buildings. The UTi730V reveals insulation deficiencies, thermal bridges, air leakage paths, and hidden moisture damage with exceptional clarity, making it an invaluable tool for energy audits, building envelope assessments, and HVAC system evaluations.
Power Distribution Cabinets
Inspect power distribution equipment safely and identify potential issues before failure occurs. Traditional inspection methods can be complex and potentially damaging, but the UTi730V allows for non-contact thermal analysis that quickly locates abnormalities and enables preventive maintenance to ensure continuous operation and safety.
Pipeline Inspection
Detect leakage and insulation issues in pipeline systems without invasive procedures. The camera's thermal imaging capabilities reveal temperature variations that indicate leaks or insulation failures, allowing for timely identification and repair before significant damage occurs to personnel, equipment, or the environment.
Why Choose the UNI-T UTi730V?
Superior Image Quality
The UTi730V features a high-resolution 320×240 infrared detector that produces detailed thermal images for confident problem identification. This enhanced resolution reveals subtle temperature patterns that would be missed with lower-resolution cameras, enabling more accurate diagnostics and more effective maintenance decisions.
Innovative T-Mix Fusion Technology
The auto-adaptive dual-wave image fusion algorithm delivers superior clarity by intelligently combining thermal and visual images. This technology automatically adapts to different shooting distances with one-click operation, showing critical details from the visual image overlaid on the thermal image for enhanced interpretation and analysis.
Comprehensive Measurement Tools
Beyond basic temperature readings, the UTi730V offers multiple analysis tools including 5-point measurements, line profiling, area analysis, isotherm detection, and high/low temperature tracking. These advanced features provide the detailed insights needed for thorough thermal analysis and professional diagnosis across applications.
Integrated Laser Distance Measurement
The built-in laser distance measurement function allows for safe inspection from up to 30 meters away, making it ideal for examining hazardous or difficult-to-reach areas. This feature enhances safety while ensuring accurate distance information for proper thermal readings and documentation.
Complete Documentation System
Capture and document findings with multiple options including still images, video recording, voice annotations, and Wi-Fi live streaming. The UTi730V's PC and mobile app connectivity enables comprehensive analysis, reporting, and data management, supporting professional documentation and trend monitoring for predictive maintenance.
Intelligent Alarm System
The triple-mode alarm system (LCD animation, LED flashlight, and audible buzzer) provides immediate notification when temperatures exceed preset thresholds. This feature is especially valuable for safety-critical inspections and automated monitoring, ensuring timely awareness of potential issues.
