The SSHPH100 is engineered for demanding bioprocess and fermentation applications where temperature stability and chemical resilience are non-negotiable.
This sensor is built for precision in high-heat, high-pressure environments where standard sensors fail. Rated to 130°C, this sensor combines high-temperature resistant glass and polymer gel construction with proven durability through repeated autoclave sterilization and CIP/SIP protocols.
Key strengths include superior temperature drift performance, double liquid-junction design for contamination resistance, IP68 sealing, and mechanical durability under pressure. The electrode withstands strong acids, bases, and solvents without degradation, making it ideal for harsh sterile biotech processes.
