BRK BT-T7A Through-Coating Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
The BRK BT-T7A is a portable ultrasonic thickness gauge designed for non-destructive measurement of base material thickness without removing surface coatings. It accurately measures true substrate thickness through paint, fireproof coatings and corrosion layers up to 3 mm thick, reducing inspection time and eliminating unnecessary surface preparation.
Using advanced ultrasonic pulse-echo technology, the BT-T7A delivers dependable readings across a wide range of materials including steel, aluminum, plastics, glass and other homogeneous materials. Its rugged construction and straightforward operation make it well suited for industrial inspection, preventive maintenance and quality control applications.
