Sper Scientific 90 Day Warranty
Sper Scientific warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for up to ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, and agrees to repair or replace any defective unit without charge.
Sper Scientific 6 Month Warranty
Sper Scientific warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for up to six (6) months from the date of purchase, and agrees to repair or replace any defective unit without charge.
Sper Scientific 1 Year Warranty
Sper Scientific warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase, and agrees to repair or replace any defective unit without charge.
Sper Scientific 5 Year Warranty
Sper Scientific warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for up to five (5) years from the date of purchase, and agrees to repair or replace any defective unit without charge.
In order to obtain warranty service, you must request an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number from one of our customer service representatives. Once an RGA # has been received, you may ship the unit with postage prepaid to:

Please note: The defective unit MUST have your RGA # on the outside of your box and be accompanied by a description of the problem, and your phone number or email address. Failure to do so may result in your package being returned.
