This pH sensor monitors process liquids in flue gas desulfurization and industrial wastewater treatment systems.
A gel-filled electrode and flat glass sensing surface are designed for contaminated process liquids. The sensing surface helps resist fouling and mechanical impact, while the PPS body provides a durable housing for industrial installations. The sensor measures across a 0–14 pH range and operates at temperatures from 0 to 95 °C.
Upper and lower 3/4 in. NPT threads support process mounting. A direct low-noise cable provides a 5 m connection to a compatible pH analyzer. Optional 2.252 kΩ or Pt1000 temperature compensation elements can be specified to match the analyzer's input requirements.
