This Dual Scale Refractometer provides precise measurements of both salt and sugar levels in water, making it ideal for lab and food industry use.
Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) is perfect for field use as it compensates its readings according to temperature. It is used for quality control in food production, research and clinical laboratories.
In the food industry, it is especially effective in the preparation of frozen vegetables, fruits, seafood and ocean by-products, stock solutions and dilutions. The Salinity Tester can also used in oceanography and seawater studies for determining water quality. It provides reliable refractive index and salinity readings of total dissolved solids of aqueous solutions. It is used for quality control in research and clinical laboratories.
