The BRK UCT-180C Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge delivers fast, precise thickness measurement of metals, plastics, ceramics and other ultrasonic-conductive materials without damaging the test surface. Engineered with advanced microprocessor control, it provides consistent accuracy for corrosion monitoring, quality control and structural inspection applications.

Designed for real-world industrial use, the UCT-180C supports both single-point and scanning measurement modes, allowing users to capture spot readings or continuously track thickness variations across surfaces. With a measurement rate of up to 10 readings per second in scan mode, it is well-suited for identifying thinning, pitting and material loss in pipelines, tanks and structural components. 

The gauge supports a wide range of interchangeable probes, including standard, small-diameter, coarse-grain and high-temperature probes, enabling accurate measurement across different materials and surface conditions. This flexibility makes it effective for applications ranging from fine tubing to heavy cast materials.
