Both models feature a variable speed range of 300–1500 rpm (in 10 rpm increments), along with a timer setting of 1–999 minutes or continuous operation. A brushless DC motor ensures quiet, maintenance-free use, while microprocessor control maintains precise speed and temperature even under variable loads. The closed design offers protection against spills and simplifies cleaning, and non-slip rubber feet keep the unit securely in place during operation.
